An Estate Sale is NOT an auction. All items are priced and ready for sale. All you need to do is go through the home and select what you wish to purchase. Be sure to carry these items with you as you continue to shop so no one else selects the same items. We provide shopping baskets for your use. If an item is to large to carry, such as furniture, just ask one of our staff to mark it sold for you. When you are finished selecting your merchandise, go to the check out area to settle. We accept cash, checks, and major charge cards.
Frequently on the first morning of a sale, a great many people are in attendance. We hand out numbered tickets to each person as they arrive. When the sale begins, we admit the first group of numbers. This way, the home does not become over crowded and shopping is easier. As people from the first group pay for their items and exit, we admit more shoppers...
It's that simple!!!
